| You must notify us in writing or by email within 12 hours of a scheduled teleseminar or course if you can not attend. |

| Please note, we do not give refunds, but will be glad to enroll you in a different program of your choice. |

| If a teleseminar or course is postponed because of an emergency we will refund your payment or give you the option to enroll in another program. |
